Doughty Street Chambers Community Care Team invites you to their bi-annual seminar on recent developments in community care law.
Shu Shin Luh will cover children’s rights, Alice Irving will address provision for adults, and Simon Cox will speak on support for asylum-seekers and former asylum-seekers. Our barristers will speak about the latest developments in caselaw, policy and practice as well as up-and-coming legal arguments.
The panel will be chaired by Jamie Burton KC.
The seminar will be useful for legal practitioners who specialise in community care as well as those working as lawyers, advisers and campaigners in fields like housing, immigration, child protection and disability rights.
