The Homelessness Reduction Act 2017: One year on

The seminar will review and explain the key provisions introduced by the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017. It will consider which areas are being litigated and whether local authorities are lawfully implementing their duties. It will also be an opportunity to explore local practices adopted by local authorities and the kinds of legal challenge that might be available to applicants.
