On Thursday 19th January, join Edward Fitzgerald KC and Nichola Higgins (Matrix Chambers) for a seminar chaired by Paul Taylor KC, which will examine the issues within criminal proceedings that are amenable to judicial review and the approach of the Administrative Court to such challenges.

Nichola Higgins wrote the Judicial Review chapter in Taylor on Criminal Appeals.

The seminar will take place at Doughty Street Chambers.
