Masterclass on Criminal Appeals for Young People

The Youth Practitioners' Association and the Criminal Appeal Lawyers Association have joined forces to host this masterclass on criminal appeals for young people at Doughty Street Chambers.

The Panel, chaired by Farrhat Arshad, specialist criminal appeals barrister at Doughty Street Chambers, will consist of:

- Greg Stewart, of GT Stewart Solicitors & Advocates

- Mel Stooks, of GT Stewart Solicitors & Advocates

- Laura Janes of the Howard League for Penal Reform

The Panel will cover appeals at first instance and out of time, both in respect of conviction and sentence, as well as appeals by way of case stated.
