QUANTUM OF DAMAGES IN THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL AND CIVIL COURTS

Join Doughty Street Chambers Stress at Work Team to discuss Quantum of Damages in the Employment Tribunal and Civil Courts.

It will cover an overview of quantum in stress at work claims in the county court, including general and special damages, as well as considering key topical issues arising when quantifying those claims. Members of the team with an employment law focus will provide their top tips for high value claims, exploring Acas uplift and tax and pension loss calculations. There will also be an exercise on Schedules of Loss, including a worked example, before opening the floor for questions and contributions from the audience.
