Adam Straw appears in landmark abortion law case

The High Court in Belfast is hearing the judicial review brought by Sarah Ewart, challenging abortion laws in Northern Ireland. She argues that the criminal prohibition on abortion violates article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights. She is represented by Adam Straw, instructed by Darragh Mackin, Phoenix Law solicitors.
