Alice Irving joins our Housing and Social Welfare Team

We are delighted to announce Alice Irving will be joining our Housing and Social Welfare team in September.

Alice joins Chambers to provide legal advice and representation across all aspects of housing law, from first possession hearings to trials and appeals. 

Prior to joining Chambers, she acquired experience in county court trials and witness handling and, and in public law issues and discrimination. With her experience in representing people with disabilities, she is well placed to deal with the points of law that so often arise in relation to vulnerable and disabled tenants. Alice has been instructed on a number of cases concerning the rights of disabled individuals and carers, including judicial reviews challenging local authorities and central government.
