Amos Waldman appointed as a Fee-Paid Judge of the First-Tier Tribunal, Mental Health Tribunal
Doughty Street Chambers is pleased to announce that Amos Waldman has been appointed as a Fee-Paid Judge of the First Tier Tribunal in the Health, Education and Social Care Chamber. He will sit in the Mental Health Tribunal.
Amos practises in the Court of Protection, where he is regularly instructed by the Official Solicitor, local authorities, family members and Accredited Legal Representatives in a wide range of DOLS and health and welfare matters. He is also instructed in inquests, on behalf of bereaved families and other interested parties and also in complex criminal matters. He will maintain his practice alongside his new role.
