Andrew Hall QC’s client found not guilty of Murder following half time submissions

Kirin Jolliffe was charged with murder, burglary and theft following the shooting to death of a young male in Birmingham in August last year. The burglary and theft charges related to the stealing of a high value BMW vehicle to be used in the planned drive by shooting in which a sawn off shotgun was used at close range. Following half time submissions, the judge directed the jury to find her not guilty on all charges. The trial against all three of her former co-defendants is continuing.

Andrew Hall QC was instructed by Gurjit Singh of Mander Hadley Solicitors.
