Appointment as Grade A Panel Counsel: List of Specialist Regulatory Counsel

The Regulatory List Board has appointed Abigail as Grade A Panel Counsel. 

The Board operates a list of Panel Counsel on behalf of the Attorney General. 

The Board comprises the Health and Safety Executive, Environment Agency, Office of Rail and Road, Natural Resources Wales, the Care Quality Commission, and the Office for Product Safety and Standards.

Appointed counsel advises on, and conducts, prosecution and enforcement re a range of complex health and safety and environmental law issues.

The refreshed list will be published in early 2025.

The list last opened for applications in 2019.
