Caoilfhionn Gallagher QC and Nichola Higgins, instructed by Ardent Chambers and working with Howard Sharp QC, acted for three vulnerable British nationals quarantined in a hotel in Tenerife as a result of an outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19).  Caoilfhionn and Nichola liaised with the British and Spanish authorities to negotiate the release of their clients and in the meantime secured a change of policy that benefited other British nationals staying at the hotel.
