David Bentley QC and Emma Goodall QC secure the unanimous acquittal of their client of both murder and manslaughter

AM was one of five defendants charged with murder. The Crown alleged that as part of a county lines drugs war the defendants lured the deceased to an address where he was brutally stabbed to death in a gang attack. A defence of alibi was successfully advanced with AM being the only defendant acquitted of the killing.
