DSI’s Climate and Environmental Justice Group and Adam Wagner shortlisted for the LexisNexis Legal Awards 2024 

Doughty Street Chambers is delighted to announce our shortlisted finalists in this year’s LexisNexis Legal Awards 2024.  

In recognition of his work around the Covid-19 laws, public legal education and protecting the right to protest, Adam Wagner has been shortlisted for the Halsbury Award for Rule of Law. This award is designed to recognise and celebrate commitment to the spread of fair and ordered government, law and justice, and will be presented to an individual or organisation able to demonstrate a sustained and recognised contribution to promoting the rule of law. 

Doughty Street International’s Climate and Environmental Justice group is shortlisted for International Team of the Year in recognition of the group’s climate and environmental justice work including in landmark proceedings at the International Court of Justice, the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea, and the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. The award recognises outstanding performance in the delivery of legal services to the international market.  

Launched in 2013, the LexisNexis Legal Awards (formerly known as the Halsbury Legal Awards) celebrate excellence and innovation in the law and the legal profession. 

Winners will be announced at the exclusive awards ceremony to be held on Thursday 14 March at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House.
