Edward Fitzgerald KC and Graeme Hall to speak at DELF annual conference

Edward Fitzgerald KC and Graeme Hall have accepted invitations to chair panels at the annual conference of the Defence Extradition Lawyers’ Forum taking place on 23 September 2022.

Edward will chair the panel on the law panel members would most like to change relating to extradition.

Graeme will chair the panel considering retrial rights under Part 1 of the Extradition Act. Doughty Street’s associate tenant Prof. Andrea Saccucci will be a contributor to this discussion.

The keynote speech is to be given by Mr Justice Fordham.
