Farrhat Arshad secures acquittal in rape trial

Following an 11 day trial at Wood Green Crown Court, Farrhat’s 17 year old client was acquitted of rape. A key part of the Defence case was the deployment of unused CCTV evidence which supported the defendant’s case of consent.
