Heather Rogers KC and Sarah Palin speak on transparency in the family court

This week, Heather Rogers KC and Sarah Palin were invited to speak as media law experts at the 1KBW 360⁰ Family Law Conference. Heather and Sarah joined Times journalist Catherine Baksi, and 1KBW silks James Roberts KC and Harry Oliver KC, to discuss the progress of the Transparency Pilot in children’s cases and the latest proposals for reform of reporting restrictions and media access to documents in the Financial Remedies Court.
