Jamie Burton and Christopher Johnson have re-written their Chapter in Butterworths Personal Injury Litigation Service entitled “Liability of Public Authorities”. The revised text covers liability in negligence, breach of statutory duty, breach of the European Convention on Human rights and misfeasance in public office.
