Jamie Burton QC and Christopher Johnson  have revised their chapter in Butterworths Personal Injury Litigation Service on the “Liability of Public Authorities”. The revision includes analysis of cases implementing the decision of the Supreme Court in Poole and analysis of recent cases on the act/omission distinction.
