Jennifer Robinson & Jelia Sane win International Pro Bono Barrister of the Year

Doughty Street Chambers is delighted to announce that Jennifer Robinson and Jelia Sane are joint winners of the International Pro Bono Barrister of the Year at the Bar Pro Bono Awards 2019.

Since 1997 the Bar Pro Bono Award has been given every year in recognition of outstanding commitment to pro bono work by a barrister or chambers. Since then pro bono has developed, broadened and grown, and it is increasingly difficult to choose one winner from a set of nominees clearly working in different areas. In 2018 Advocate introduced nine separate categories, including International Pro Bono Barrister of the Year.
