Joel Bennathan QC succefully argues against POCA restraint order releasing funds and assets in excess of half a million pounds

At Bristol Crown Court yesterday, Joel Bennthan QC instucted on behalf and in conjuction with James Saunders of Saunders Law Solicitors successfully argued, on their clients behalf, against a POCA restraint order which had been imposed thus releasing the clients property and assets that were subject to the order, these totalling well in excess of £500,000.
