Margherita Cornaglia part of legal team in legal challenge against EU Taxonomy inclusion of fossil fuel transportation before the General Court

Several prominent environmental organizations, including Dryade, Protect Our Winters Austria, and Fossielvrij NL, supported by Opportunity Green and CLAW - Initiative für Klimarecht, have launched a legal challenge before the General Court. This challenge comes in light of the European Commission's decision to include polluting fossil fuel planes and ships in the EU’s flagship sustainable finance legislation, the EU Taxonomy.

The applicants are represented by FP Logue LLP, with counsel Timothy Johnston and are supported by legal experts including Margherita Cornaglia, Odette Chalaby, and Esther Drabkin-Reiter.
