Michael has substantial experience of litigation in the healthcare context, having represented Claimants and Defendants in clinical negligence claims, and families and healthcare bodies in inquests and Court of Protection proceedings. Michael has recently completed secondments at two leading healthcare law firms and acted as junior counsel to a coroner in a complex inquest involving a failure to utilise procedures under the MCA 2005 to sanction serious medical treatment.
