Sanctions guidance published

On Monday, the Bar Council published Sanctions guidance to enhance its existing guidance on its Ethics and Practice Hub.  You can see the newly published guidance is here.  Its purpose is to assist counsel and professional support staff to understand the structure of UK sanctions and the relevant ethical obligations lawyers may encounter.
