They will explore how issues concerning the use of social media can arise in the workplace including Twitter, Facebook and WhatsApp and the potential concerns arising in employment law in the context of social media such as discrimination, misconduct, and damage to reputation as well as the need for a social media policy and issues of social media and professional misconduct.
