Adam Wagner and Cian Murphy acting in Human Rights challenge to hotel quarantine rules

Adam Wagner and Cian Murphy are acting in a major challenge to the hotel quarantine rules based on article 5 ECHR (the right to liberty and security). 

They also acted in a recent challenge to the quarantine fees regime. This led to a government concession which will allow people who cannot afford the fees to have them reduced or revoked. Read here.
