David Bentley QC and Maryam Mir’s client unanimously acquitted of murder and wounding with intent

The defendant M was a Dutch national alleged to have participated in a group attack on two individuals in Southall on 28 March 2017.

The Kingston jury of 11 unanimously returned not guilty verdicts on murder and wounding with intent, with a majority guilty verdict of manslaughter.
