Doughty Street counsel in ‘Child Sexual Exploitation by Organised Networks’ hearings at the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse

From 21 September to 2 October 2020, the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse will hold public hearings in the Child Sexual Exploitation by Organised Networks investigation. The hearings will be held virtually and can be watched by live stream. This investigation will examine the current nature and extent of child sexual exploitation by organised networks in England and Wales, as well as institutional responses and lessons that have been learnt from high profile cases involving child sexual exploitation by networks.

Henrietta Hill QC and Antonia Benfield are instructed as Counsel to the Inquiry; Caoilfhionn Gallagher QC and Mary-Rachel McCabe are instructed on behalf of the Centre for Women’s Justice (CWJ).
