Doughty Street Chambers are delighted to host our next seminar presented by an expert panel our specialist immigration counsel.
Joe Middleton, David Lemer, Rowena Moffatt, Simon Cox, Phil Haywood and Agata Patyna will review the key developments in UK and EU immigration law over the last 12 months. The training will cover the major new cases and legal developments on asylum, deportation, trafficking, detention, the points-based system and free movement, and their effects on arguing clients’ cases with the Home Office and the courts.
